We present this project carried out by the schools of  Agrupamento Vertical  de Escolas de Cristelo (Portugal), the scuola immacolata de novara (italy), the collège du plantaurel in Cazères (Francia) and the Colegio Aurelio Gómez Escolar in Burgos (Spain)
.The project is an experience that seeks to foster in students the entrepreneurial spirit. Students will create an oenological company monitoring aspects of wine making, as well as economic, administrative and legal aspects.The project will be divided into five areas; BIOLOGY AREA, TECHNOLOGY AREA, MATHS AREA, ENTERPRISING INITIATIVE AREA, ICT´S AREA and the COMMON AREA FOR EVERY GROUP OF WORK: ENGLISH LANGUAGE. Within these five areas, the students will be required to acquire the concepts that are presented below in order to develop their work properly.
